Job description
The role of the Insurance Sales Agent involves marketing nonstandard auto insurance to both prospective and current clients while ensuring the retention of existing accounts. Additionally, the agent will oversee monetary transactions and generate precise financial records using the agency’s management software. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Though not mandatory, having a Property and Casualty license and being bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
