**Job Title: Automation Analyst**
Responsibilities include the design, upkeep, and support of automation, reporting, and workflow solutions that enhance operational efficiency within the business. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts to uncover opportunities for process automation while ensuring that technical solutions are in line with business goals. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is essential, along with two to four years of experience in the banking, financial services, or business analysis sectors. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability in programming languages such as VBA, Python, or SQL, and exhibit strong analytical and communication capabilities.
