Job description
**Job Title: Project Manager for Capital Improvement Projects**
Oversee capital enhancement initiatives from initial concept to final execution, ensuring effective management of budgets, timelines, and contractor performance. Work closely with leadership to assess facility operations and drive strategic enhancements that improve both operational value and customer satisfaction. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, capital improvement, or facilities management is required. Strong skills in project management, vendor coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
