Job description
**Job Title: Team Member**
The individual in this role will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring that the car wash facility remains clean and operates efficiently. They will also be responsible for adhering to safety regulations and assisting in improving workflows to elevate the customer experience. Applicants should be a minimum of 16 years of age and possess skills in basic arithmetic and reading/writing at an eighth-grade level. This position requires the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and the ability to work outside in different weather conditions, as well as having flexible availability, including weekends.
