Job description
**Job Title: Collections Specialist**
This position is responsible for overseeing accounts that are past due by suggesting resolutions and documenting steps taken while adhering to both legal standards and departmental protocols. Additionally, you will conduct skip tracing and engage with customers to establish payment solutions that are advantageous to both parties. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma and have at least one year of experience in collections, customer service, or sales. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with excellent negotiation and communication abilities, is essential for this role within the call center environment.
