**Job Title: Assistant Food Service Manager**
The Assistant Food Service Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the department, guaranteeing exceptional levels of cleanliness, customer service, and product availability. This role includes supervising food service personnel, overseeing equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and legal compliance. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the food service industry, along with robust management capabilities. Familiarity with MS Office, POS systems, and food safety regulations is advantageous. Additionally, candidates must be able to handle physical duties such as lifting and remaining on their feet for prolonged durations.
