Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and individualized patient care within the Cardiovascular Stepdown unit, utilizing the AACN Synergy Model. This role involves working in partnership with the interdisciplinary team, accurately documenting care provided, and acting as a resource and advocate for both patients and their families. Applicants must possess a valid, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nursing license and have either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with one year of experience or an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) with two years of experience. Current BLS certification is mandatory, and ACLS certification may be required after hiring.
