The role involves ongoing monitoring and surveillance of designated telesitter patients to guarantee their safety. The individual in this position will verbally guide patients away from behaviors that may pose a risk and alert nursing staff through communication devices or alarms when assistance is needed. A minimum of 6 months of experience in acute or direct healthcare settings is necessary. Applicants must possess the ability to observe patients effectively and respond appropriately to any safety issues that may arise.
