Key duties include performing thorough assessments, creating member-focused plans, and overseeing service delivery to maintain health, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a degree in Human Services or a similar discipline with a minimum of one year of applicable experience, or a degree in a different field accompanied by three years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license, competency with computers, and the capability to carry out home visits are essential.
