Job Summary

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in case management, social services, or behavioral health.
- Access to reliable transportation for fieldwork activities.
- Ability to engage and work effectively with diverse and vulnerable populations.
