**Care Partner**
Care Partners deliver empathetic and individualized direct support to residents, aiding them with essential daily tasks to maintain their safety and overall wellness. They collaborate as part of a team to foster resident independence and engage in life enrichment activities. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and have an active caregiver certification, including CNA, GNA, PCA, or DCA. A minimum of 12 months of professional caregiving experience, along with a current First Aid/CPR certification, is mandatory.
