**Job Title: Care Partner**
The Care Partner delivers direct patient support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, aiding with daily living tasks and ensuring comfort for patients. In addition to personal care, they handle clerical responsibilities, manage unit supplies, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote an excellent patient experience. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have successfully completed a state-recognized Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician program. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory upon employment.
