**Caregiver**
Caregivers deliver personalized non-medical assistance both in-home and within community settings, following tailored service plans for each client. Their duties include conducting wellness assessments, keeping precise records, and communicating any incidents or safety issues. To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state identification or a driver’s license, along with dependable transportation. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication abilities and a caring demeanor, and they should be open to participating in mandatory training programs.
