Their duties include conducting wellness assessments, keeping precise records, and communicating any incidents or safety issues. To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state identification or a driver’s license, along with dependable transportation. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication abilities and a caring demeanor, and they should be open to participating in mandatory training programs.
