Job Summary
The position of caregiver involves providing support to residents in their daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and assisting with mobility. This role also includes monitoring the overall well-being of residents and promoting wellness initiatives tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and ambulation.
- Monitor residents’ health and well-being regularly.
- Support wellness programs that focus on resident-centered care.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in resident rooms and communal areas.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- Completion of a nursing assistant course or possession of relevant certification is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with basic technology is necessary.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
