Job Summary
The caregiver plays a vital role in supporting residents by assisting them with essential daily activities, promoting both their physical health and social interaction. This position requires attentive monitoring of the residents’ conditions and maintaining a clean and safe environment in both their personal and communal spaces.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Ensure the well-being of residents through physical and social engagement.
- Monitor and record residents’ conditions and the care provided.
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Completion of a nursing assistant course or possession of a CNA certification is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic technology applications.
