**Job Title: Caregiver Program Specialist**
The Caregiver Program Specialist is responsible for offering assistance, educational resources, and navigation support for family caregivers by organizing support groups and engaging in community outreach initiatives. This position focuses on facilitating beneficial therapeutic outcomes, keeping accurate client records, and fostering relationships with service providers to enhance family stability. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in social work and have a minimum of three years of experience with community resources or programming related to older adults. Additionally, candidates must have a background in serving caregivers and demonstrate strong skills in public speaking and organization.
