Job Summary
The caregiver plays a crucial role in providing support to residents by managing their medication, overseeing treatments, and aiding in daily living activities. This position entails close monitoring of residents’ health and maintaining precise records of the care given.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
- Coordinate and carry out treatment plans.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health statuses.
- Keep detailed documentation of provided care and treatments.
Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
- Completion of state-mandated training for medication assistance.
- Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old.
