**Job Title: Resident Care Associate**
The Resident Care Associate is responsible for delivering personal care, offering emotional support, and facilitating therapeutic programs for seniors, with a focus on preserving their dignity and promoting independence. Key duties encompass aiding residents with daily living activities, administering medications, and accurately documenting health conditions. Applicants should have completed a certified nursing assistant program or equivalent training and possess valid CPR and First Aid certifications. Strong English communication skills and fundamental computer proficiency for documentation purposes are essential.
