Job description
**Job Title: Case Manager**
The Case Manager is tasked with delivering case management, classification, and transitional support to inmates in a correctional facility. Key responsibilities include overseeing the intake process, generating reports, and organizing resources aimed at social development and facilitating community reintegration. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is necessary, although applicable experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, be skilled in Microsoft Office applications, and hold a valid driver’s license.
