**Job Title: Case Manager**
In this position, you will deliver essential case management, peer support, and advocacy services to individuals at a homeless shelter. Your duties will encompass performing assessments, formulating service plans, and collaborating with service providers to foster client stability. A bachelor’s degree in social services or a related discipline is necessary, with comparable professional experience considered as an alternative. Candidates should possess experience in case management and demonstrate a solid grasp of homelessness challenges, harm reduction strategies, and housing-first methodologies.
