The Cage Lead is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the cage, safeguarding the organization’s financial assets, and supervising personnel performance and shift schedules. This role is crucial in upholding accurate financial documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations of the cage area.
- Ensure the security and integrity of company funds.
- Manage staff performance and adhere to scheduling needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in bank teller duties or cage operations.
- Strong mathematical proficiency.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
