**Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant**
The Certified Medical Assistant plays a vital role in assisting healthcare providers by preparing patients for assessments, recording vital statistics, and entering information into electronic health records. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory procedures, aiding in minor surgical procedures and clinical assessments, as well as supporting front office functions like appointment scheduling and billing processes. Ideal candidates should have a Medical Assistant certification from a recognized accreditation body such as AAMA, AMT, or NHA, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience in a physician’s office is preferred.
