Job Summary
The primary role involves providing essential support to patients in daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. This includes assistance with personal hygiene tasks, grooming, and managing medication routines. Individuals in this position will also work closely with healthcare team members to track vital signs and carry out tailored care plans for each patient.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living tasks such as bathing and grooming.
- Administer medications as directed.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland Board of Nursing CMT and CNA licenses.
- Current CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
