Job description
The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care while prioritizing patient safety, all under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This position requires precise patient documentation and support for departmental policies, procedures, and unit objectives. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, and while Certified Nurse Aide training is preferred, it is not mandatory. Additionally, candidates should have anywhere from no experience to six months of experience in a hospital or long-term care environment.
