Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering personalized care and education to residents in accordance with their individual care plans. This role entails assisting with the processes of admissions, transfers, and discharges, all while ensuring effective communication with the nursing department.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and educational support to residents as outlined in their care plans.
- Assist with the admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the respective state.
