Responsibilities

- Document care activities and updates for the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
- Strong understanding of infection control practices and patient care protocols.
- Reliable transportation is essential for travel to client locations.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
