Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in supporting patients with their daily activities and offering emotional care during their recovery. This position involves close monitoring of patient health, immediate reporting of any changes to nursing personnel, and ensuring that the care environment remains clean and safe for all patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with their daily living activities.
- Provide emotional support to patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program is required.
- Must possess a current State CNA certification.
- Valid CPR/BCLS certification is necessary.
- Preferred: At least six months of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings.
