Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering individualized patient care, focusing on assisting patients with their daily activities and keeping track of their health status. This role plays a vital part in the overall comfort and recovery of patients by ensuring their daily needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care on a one-on-one basis.
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in health conditions.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to enhance patient comfort.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Florida CNA certification or an HHA certificate from a recognized 75-hour training program.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Proof of a recent TB test must be provided.
