Job Summary
A healthcare facility is in search of a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team for day shifts. This role involves preparing sterile supplies and ensuring that a sterile environment is upheld during surgical procedures. The incumbent will assist in various capacities to promote safe and effective operations within the operating room.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize sterile supplies for surgical procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by handing instruments and supplies.
- Support a culture of safety and compliance in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
