Job Summary
The Change Agent plays a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals by aiding in patient care activities and therapeutic processes in a residential environment. This position focuses on ensuring a secure atmosphere, observing patient conduct, and accurately recording clinical observations as per the facility’s regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians and therapists with various patient care tasks.
- Implement therapeutic interventions effectively.
- Ensure the safety of the environment for patients and staff.
- Monitor and assess patient behavior regularly.
- Document clinical findings in alignment with facility policies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. is necessary.
- A minimum of one year working in a clinical environment.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support.
- Training in non-violent crisis intervention is required.
