Job description
The Charge Nurse plays a vital role in overseeing patient management, optimizing unit staffing according to patient needs, and acting as a clinical leader. This position entails working in partnership with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care while adhering to regulatory standards, all while managing an assigned group of patients. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience. A valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse license and BLS certification are mandatory, with ACLS certification being a preferred qualification.
