Job Summary
The Chief Engineer plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance initiatives across various locations. This position ensures that all services provided meet contractual obligations while achieving the highest standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities and maintenance programs across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and maintain service quality.
- Oversee the management of building systems and infrastructure.
- Administer budgets effectively to meet financial targets.
- Promote operational enhancements through team training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least seven years of professional experience in a related field, or a minimum of ten years of equivalent experience without a formal degree.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Relevant technical certifications or licenses are mandatory.
