**Chief Financial Officer**
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for directing all financial operations, which encompass financial planning, reporting, risk assessment, and initiatives aimed at strategic growth. Additionally, this role will involve the supervision of merger and acquisition efforts, job costing practices, and the leadership of the finance and accounting team. Applicants are required to possess a CPA license, a CFA designation, and an MBA, along with a minimum of 15 years of increasingly responsible financial leadership experience. A strong background in mergers and acquisitions and comprehensive understanding of GAAP, as well as financial methodologies specific to the construction sector, are essential.
