**Chief Financial Officer**
The Chief Financial Officer oversees all monetary functions within the hospital, which includes managing the revenue cycle, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is tasked with protecting the organization’s assets, supervising audit processes, and delivering comprehensive financial reports to both the CEO and the Board of Directors. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a master’s degree is advantageous. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of experience in senior management within a hospital environment. Strong financial acumen, familiarity with healthcare-focused accounting systems, and outstanding communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
