Job description
The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing operations in Facilities, Information Technology, and Human Resources, ensuring that all functions operate efficiently and comply with regulations. As a member of the Executive Team, the COO plays a crucial role in shaping business strategies and advancing the organization’s mission of eliminating obstacles to healthcare access. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in healthcare administration or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analytical problem-solving and enhancing processes. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or a comparable community health environment is strongly preferred.
