Job description
The Site Director plays a pivotal role in managing the quality of daily programs, leading staff oversight, and ensuring adherence to Pennsylvania DHS/OCDEL regulations. This position is also responsible for organizing stimulating activities for children and acts as the key point of contact for families, the school administration, and the main office. Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as Early Childhood Education or Child Development, along with 1 to 4 years of applicable experience. Furthermore, applicants are required to successfully complete a comprehensive background check and be physically fit to carry out the responsibilities of the role.
