Job Summary
This position focuses on executing civil site and land development design, along with handling permitting and construction oversight for a range of residential, commercial, and institutional ventures. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping functional and sustainable environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop site grading and drainage plans to ensure proper water management.
- Carry out technical design calculations that support project requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with small teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology is essential.
- Must have a valid North Carolina EI/EIT certification.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in civil engineering design is required.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D are necessary for the role.
