Job Summary
The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer will undertake advanced engineering tasks that involve the creation of structural designs, formulation of specifications, and oversight of project budgeting and resource allocation. This role includes taking the lead on multidisciplinary projects, guiding team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design complex structures and frameworks.
- Prepare and develop engineering specifications.
- Manage and allocate project budgets and resources effectively.
- Lead and oversee multi-disciplined engineering projects.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in structural design software.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as AISC, ACI, and API.
