Job description
The Claims Resolution Analyst plays a key role in investigating, resolving, and handling medical and dental claims, ensuring adherence to established guidelines. This individual will work closely with various internal teams to tackle claim-related challenges while upholding exceptional levels of accuracy and customer service. Ideal candidates will possess a background in healthcare insurance, medical claims processing, or a similar operational setting. Strong analytical abilities, effective multitasking, and excellent communication skills are essential, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
