The Home Health Scheduler coordinates staff and patient assignments while accurately entering data into the Epic system. They also manage schedule changes, handle patient concerns, and facilitate communication between staff and patients. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of related scheduling or health care experience and familiarity with Epic EMR are preferred.
