**Job Title: Client Accounting Services Manager**
The Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager will oversee the strategic direction, framework, and expansion of the CAS practice, guiding the firm’s transition to a model centered on client advisory services. This role encompasses the development of efficient workflows, the mentorship of team members, and collaboration with firm leadership to foster innovation and enhance service quality. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management capacity within CAS or outsourced accounting services. A CPA or equivalent professional certification is advantageous, alongside a demonstrated history of successfully building and scaling accounting practices.
