**Job Title: Program Manager**

This role involves generating performance reports and addressing logistical challenges to achieve key performance indicators. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience, with a notable background in project management and supervisory positions within customer service. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, alongside advanced skills in MS Excel and demonstrated leadership abilities.
