The Clinic Director plays a crucial role in supervising the daily functions of the clinic, leading a team of 10-18 therapists, and guaranteeing exceptional client care. This position involves spearheading recruitment efforts, facilitating staff training, engaging in community outreach, and managing financial responsibilities to align with the organization’s objectives. Applicants should have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health discipline and an independent clinical license in Florida. Essential qualifications include strong leadership abilities, considerable administrative experience, and expertise in clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
