Job description
The Clinic Director plays a pivotal role in managing the everyday functions, financial health, and clinical quality of an outpatient mental health facility. This position requires supervising staff, engaging in community outreach efforts, and retaining a personal client caseload. Applicants must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health discipline and an active independent clinical license in Florida. Essential qualifications include robust leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of mental health laws and documentation requirements.
