Job Summary
The Clinical Assistant Lead plays a crucial role in delivering frontline support and managing task prioritization for clinical assistants. This position works closely with management to enhance operational effectiveness and is integral in fostering a collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and guidance to clinical assistants.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational workflow.
- Train new staff and offer ongoing training to existing team members.
- Ensure that team-based care standards are upheld proactively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Current BLS/BCLS certification.
- Preferred minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare environment.
