Coordinates nursing services and staffing resources, manages hospital bed assignments, and works with department managers to facilitate patient movement. Supports nursing leaders with staff development, human resource management, quality care, and clinical or non-clinical administrative duties. Requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing or an accredited nursing education, with relevant education and experience potentially considered in lieu of the degree. Requires five years of RN experience in acute care, current Pennsylvania or multistate compact RN licensure, and ACLS and BLS; clinical management experience is preferred.
