Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a daily schedule of in-person patients. This role involves effective communication, managing clinical responsibilities, and educating patients on their treatment plans. The Clinical Coordinator plays a crucial support role for both medical and dental providers, ensuring that patient records are meticulously maintained and that lab orders are properly coordinated.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily patient appointments and manage in-person communications.
- Assist in the execution of clinical tasks associated with patient care.
- Educate patients regarding their treatment plans effectively.
- Support medical and dental teams by maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
- Coordinate the ordering of laboratory tests as required.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a strong passion for enhancing patient care.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior medical experience is beneficial but not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be offered.
