Job description
**Job Title: Clinical Director**
The Clinical Director is responsible for offering both strategic direction and operational oversight for outpatient programs focused on substance use disorders, with a commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care while adhering to regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include driving program growth, nurturing staff development, and promoting a culture of innovation and accountability throughout all areas of service. Applicants should possess a valid California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or hold an appropriate Master’s or Doctoral degree along with SUD certification. A minimum of five years of experience in clinical leadership within behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment is required.
