Job Summary
The Clinical Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality outpatient clinical care. This role involves leadership in program development, staff management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate outpatient programs to meet the needs of the community.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Manage budgetary aspects of outpatient services.
- Facilitate training and professional development for clinical staff.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Nursing).
- Current licensure in the state of practice.
- Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role within outpatient settings.
- Strong understanding of mental health regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
