Job description
The Clinical Education Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the training and education of personnel in designated facilities, ensuring superior patient care and safety standards. This position involves the implementation of standardized training programs, partnership with operational leaders, and fostering a culture of continuous learning for direct patient care staff. Applicants should have either an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and hold a valid RN state license. A minimum of one year of experience in dialysis is essential, and the candidate must be willing to travel between different facilities.
