The Clinical Education Manager is responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of facility personnel by providing structured, competency-driven training programs aimed at improving patient care outcomes. They work closely with regional collaborators to execute educational initiatives and guarantee adherence to clinical quality objectives and safety regulations. Applicants should have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, as well as a valid RN license in the state. A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in dialysis is necessary, along with a willingness to travel frequently.
