Job Summary
The Clinical Informatics Specialist plays a crucial role in leveraging healthcare information technology to improve patient care quality and clinical outcomes. This position focuses on the integration of technology within clinical settings, aiming to enhance data management and healthcare delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize clinical workflows through informatics solutions.
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Provide training and support for clinical staff on informatics tools and technologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and usability in electronic health record systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in data management and reporting.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in health informatics, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a clinical setting, ideally in informatics or data analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in health informatics or related credentials is a plus.
